At 3ozs.com, we curate travel-sized essentials designed to simplify your journey. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right—with a refund policy that’s fair, simple, and transparent.

🛍️ Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for the following cases:
•     Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
•     Requests submitted within 15 days of delivery
•     Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

🚫 Non-Refundable Items
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for refunds:
•     Opened beauty, wellness, or personal care products
•     Final sale or clearance items
•     Items returned without prior approval

📦 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
1.     Email support@3ozs.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2.     Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
3.     If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a replacement item, please request a refund and place a new order.
