🏨 Where to Stay

  • The Grove Resort (Our top choice for this trip)
  • Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive
  • Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites & Waterpark

📍 The 4-Day Plan

Day 1: Disney, Done Smart

Start early at Animal Kingdom to beat the crowds and ease into the day. By late morning, head to Magic Kingdom for that classic Disney experience, then shift to EPCOT in the afternoon for a change of pace. End your night back at Magic Kingdom with fireworks - it’s worth planning around.

Pro Tip: Ride closures aren’t always final - keep checking the Disney Park app for updates.

Day 2: Reset + Recharge

Sleep in, enjoy breakfast and spend the day at your resort. Hit the water park early or pivot to quieter pools if crowds build. Head back to your room for a simple lunch and experience some real downtime.

Pro Tip: Having a “home base” (reserved seating or a quieter pool) changes everything. Make sure to save a spot early.

Day 3: SeaWorld (Easier Pace, Major Wins)

Arrive early and go straight to your child’s top priority. Knock out key experiences before crowds build, then explore at your own pace. This park is much more flexible than Disney, which makes for a smoother day.

Pro Tip: Rent a stroller - even if you think you don’t need it. This park is a lot of walking, and you'll want somewhere to store your bags on-the-go.

Day 4: Easy Exit, not a Rush

Book a later flight so you can enjoy a slow morning. Add one last activity like Congo River Golf, then grab a sit-down meal before heading to the airport.

Pro Tip: A relaxed ending keeps the whole trip feeling good.

💡 What Actually Matters

  • Make a plan, but don't worry about sticking to it
  • Build in downtime (this is non-negotiable)
  • Flexibility is the key to enjoying the trip
  • Use the apps, but don’t rely on them blindly
  • Don’t try to do everything
