At 3ozs, we want returns to feel simple, kind, and clear. Below is our streamlined returns policy that protects hygiene and product integrity while making the process easy for customers.

 

What’s eligible

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Unopened items in original packaging may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

 

What’s not eligible

  • Opened beauty, wellness, or personal care products are not eligible for return under any circumstances, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Final sale or clearance items marked non-returnable at purchase.
  • Returns without prior approval from our support team.

 

Refunds, exchanges, and store credit

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
  • Store credit can be issued immediately upon approval if you prefer faster resolution.
  • Exchanges: If you need a replacement, we’ll either send the same item (when available) or issue store credit so you can place a new order.

 

How to start a return

  1. Email support@3ozs.com with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and simple instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the method or label we provide. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or credit.

 

Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we cover return shipping.
  • For voluntary returns, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility; we’ll share estimated costs and provide a pre-paid label when possible.

 

Quick FAQ

  • Can I return an opened shampoo or lotion? No. For safety and quality, opened personal care items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • How long until I get my refund? Once approved and processed, refunds typically show on your payment method within 5–10 business days. Store credit is applied immediately on approval.
  • No reply to my request? Check spam folders. If you don’t see a response within two business days, email support@3ozs.com again and we’ll prioritize it.
